Vehicle Travel Cards
Island Club Travel Cards are the perfect solution for frequent users of the Vehicle Ferry service between Southampton and the Isle of Wight, travelling either with a car, small van, motorcycle or scooter or as a foot passenger.
It's simple - the more you sail, the more you save - in some cases, more than half the normal fare! What's more, for every £ you spend, we will issue you a point and these points help you save even more money on further trips. Your personalised card stores any number of single trips, which can be purchased from islandclub.co.uk or by calling 0845 330 8898, or in person at the terminals. To use, just present your card when boarding and a crossing will automatically be deducted from the stored total.
When travelling at peak times you can even make reservation requests online or by calling the Travel Centre on 0845 330 8898. This saves time and hassle queuing at the ticket office and offers more flexibility than other types of ticket. We will send you statements to show when trips were made and how many points you've earned, and also reminder letters if you would like us to tell you when the number of trips remaining on your card falls below a certain level.
There are two options for vehicle customers - a Gold or Silver Travel Card; for foot passengers a Green Card is available. Corporate customers can purchase all card types but different conditions apply.
Gold Travel Cards
The Gold Card is for travel with a car or small van (inc. driver) or motorcycle and rider. Joint cardholder membership is also available. Members can travel at the rates below on any date, at any time throughout the year and also have the added piece of mind of FREE membership of the Travel Card Protection Scheme.
Silver Travel Cards
The Silver Card is for travel with a car or small van and includes the driver. Joint cardholder membership is available. Silver Cards are for off-peak travel throughout the year with travel restricted on the following dates; 23 & 24 December 2007, 20 & 21 March, 24 March, 23 to 26 May, 12 & 13 June, 16 & 17 June, Fridays & Saturday from 25 July to 30 August, 5 & 8 September and 23 & 24 December 2008. Silver Card Members are entitled to join the Travel Card Protection Scheme for a supplement of £15.00
Corporate Travel Cards
For foot passenger or car and driver travel on Red Funnel's Southampton/East Cowes route. Corporate Travel Cards are ideal for controlling travel costs and must be personalised with company logos or artwork. Corporate Travel Cards can be applied for online or via a printed application form.

Journeys purchased on all Travel Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable. Joint card membership is available for Gold and Silver cardholders only. Travel Card reward statements and vouchers are sent out every 12 months to members who have earned sufficient points to qualify.
