Red Jet Tickets
Foot passenger tickets can be purchased online or from the Ticket Office, either in advance of travel or on the day of departure. Please note: it's a turn-up-and-go service and it is not possible to pre-book. Children aged under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible fare paying adult.
Rail Tickets
You can purchase a combined ferry and rail ticket to anywhere in Great Britain from Red Funnel's Ticket Office in West Cowes - seat reservations are also available.

- There is no official check-in time but it is advisable to arrive at least 12 minutes before departure to allow time to purchase a ticket. At peak times (17:00-18:00 Mon-Fri ex Southampton and 07:30-08:30 Mon-Fri ex West Cowes) please arrive a little earlier to ensure you catch your intended sailing.
- Boarding normally commences 5-7 minutes prior to departure via the covered passenger walkway. Valid tickets must be presented to a member of staff on boarding - please note it is not possible to buy tickets onboard.
