Red Funnel HolidaysFreshwater Bay Golf Club
One of only two 18-hole courses on the Island, Freshwater Bay is situated on Afton Down offering sensational panoramic views of the Solent and the English Channel. A virtually unique downland links course on which Neolithic and Bronze Age Burial mounds form “natural” hazards on most holes.
The site, owned by the National Trust, is a SSSI and a European Special Area of Conservation, home to many rare and endangered species of flora and fauna, offering a unique opportunity to see birdies of all types!

Found within the centre of the town, Cowes Golf Club is a pleasant flat parkland course. The Club is within 5 min taxi ride of Red Funnel’s Hi-Speed terminal and is quickly accessible from the vehicle ferry terminal in East Cowes via the floating bridge.
Founded in 1909 and patronised by local aristocrats including Princess Beatrice, the 5,878 yard course offers stunning views of the Solent as well as plenty of challenges to entertain the experienced golfer. Bar and catering facilities are available for a celebratory or commiseratory tipple.
Osborne Golf Club
Situated in the grounds of Queen Victoria's holiday residence Osborne House, just one mile from the Red Funnel vehicle ferry terminal Osborne Golf Club is renowned for it's Red Squirrels which can be spotted at various points along the nine hole course.
Osborne Golf Club is a pleasant parkland course with several woods and copses and views out across the Solent.
