Isle of Wight Jazz Festival

Welcome to our Isle of Wight Jazz Festival microsite

The 2008 International Jazz Festival offers a wide array of sounds for all musical tastes. Once again the Jazz Festival features established names from both sides of the Atlantic and Europe alongside the emerging young talents of today's jazz generation at the Island’s self proclaimed Capital of Jazz in the Deep South – Ventnor.

Families visiting the Festival for the first time will find plenty to keep them occupied with the multitude of venues, freshly caught fish at many of the esplanade hostelries, wide variety of jazz sounds emanating from the tented jazz village on Salisbury Gardens and of course, the beach, where everyone can “cool off” if Ventnor’s famed microclimate provides the early Spring sunshine it did last year.
